For more than 25 years, Kim built a career in corporate leadership with companies including Johnson & Johnson, Samsung Electronics America, and Unilever. Her work in consumer insights and strategy taught her to listen closely, recognize what people need, and turn insight into meaningful action.
A personal pause-to-pivot moment deepened her understanding of how many women carry burnout, caregiving, reinvention, and change without enough support. That realization inspired Sacred Konnections and the SACRED Method, a framework for moving through change with clarity, confidence, and community.
